 My counseling services are designed to support individuals and couples in navigating life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or personal growth, I strive to provide a safe, confidential space to explore and address your concerns. I use evidence-based techniques to help you develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional resilience, and foster positive change. 

**At this time, all counseling services are cash pay and virtual.**

• Initial Intake Session (Individuals): $120 per 60 minute session.
• Individual Sessions: $90 per 50 minute session.

• Initial Intake session (Couples): $150 per 60 minute session.
• Couples Therapy Sessions: $120 per 60 minute session.

**I am in process of credentialing with insurance and launching in-person Walk and Talk Therapy for clients in the Schertz, Cibolo, Selma, and Universal City Texas areas. 

**Please ask me about my therapy packages if you'd like to save by purchasing several sessions up front!**

 I offer supervision services for LPC-Associates. I am an experienced supervisor who provides a nurturing environment where you can gain insight, refine your skills, and enhance your clinical practice. Through individual or group supervision, I offer valuable feedback, ethical guidance, and professional development to ensure that you provide the highest quality care to your clients. 

My training and consulting services are tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organizations looking to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capacity in the mental health and counseling fields.

Training: I provide specialized workshops, seminars, and ongoing professional development opportunities on a variety of topics, including trauma-informed care, cultural competency, Prepare/Enrich, and self-care for professionals.  My CEU offerings meet the 50% rule as required for CEU's by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.

Consulting: My consulting services are ideal for organizations looking to create a more supportive and effective workplace environment, implement wellness initiatives, or improve mental health practices within their teams.
